Yes! According to mythology, Cupid's wife and soul mate was Psyche. Cupid symbolises love, and Psyche the mind/soul (in ancient times they were thought to be one and the same). True love comes about when heart, mind and soul are intertwined in a perfect whole. Psyche also had to make many sacrifices to be with Cupid - which says something about love and marriage.
