I think im developing an "eating problem"...i cant stop eating...while i am typing this i am eating ice cream..before that...i ate chocolate chip cookies with peanut butter and jelly...cuz i had no bread!!!!!!!!!! what the hell???? i dont want it 2 get worse..but i just cant....because ill just be thinking of it....by the way i'm 5'7...155 lbs....Sooo what 2 dO?????

You need to think about WHY you are doing this, since you obviously realize that this isn't good for you. Are you stressed? Lonely? Angry about something? What I've found helpful is coming up with alternate strategies. For example, on nights like tonight, when I wanted to eat everything in sight, I go out for a big salad - it fills me up so that I no longer want to eat anything else, and it's healthy. When I start feeling stressed, I go to the gym and work out on the treadmill until I feel like a limp noodle (no more stress!).

How old are you? maybe you are going through a growth spirt ...or possibly emotional time 4 u ? many possibilities but most of all oddly enough when our body craves sweets that is a sign that the body is low on iron spinach would be good at this time so when I start to crave sweets I eat spinach and plenty green veggies...

Eat something that contains salt for starters. You will soon get satiated..Don't use sauce or ketchup or any other spice.
