Many things can cause it. Ill admit it i had this problem when i was like 14/15. My cause was anxiety. Thinking about it to much instead of just going with it. Thank god i got over that quick

Pressure. The pressure to please you. It is very important that you don't make a big deal about it. Just say, it happens and try again later. If he's young and it keeps happening, then he needs to see a doctor. Oh, and if he jacks off too much, it won't work when you need it.

he probably got nervous...you could always try again and make sure you make him feel comfortable. It could help to give eachother massages or something to loosen up beforehand. If it happens repeatedly he should see a doctor about it because there are medications he could take.
