"metabolism" is nothing more than a favorite scapegoat of fat people for why they are fat. It makes them feel better to tell themselves it isn't their fault that they're fat. This is ridiculous.
You need to eat a lot more food. Just go nuts all the time. You will gain weight. Not just at meals. Do it throughout the day. If you need pointers, pick some fat people and hang out with them from the time they wake up until they go to sleep. Eat when they eat and eat what they eat. Getting big takes a lifetime of dedication and devotion to eating.

Well dear you gain weight by eating foods that take longer to metabolize. Burgers, Pancakes, Sausage, Potatoes, Pastas. Though it might seem unhealthy, in the long run you gain the weight you need to. Just workout a little while youre gaining that weight.
I was just watching about that on the health channel right now

Nothin' you can do about that...metabolism is it's own entity. You can't control it. Just make sure you eat the right kinds of foods if you want to gain weight safely...high calorie high protein foods are best.

i think u don't have 2 slow down ur metabolism becoz then when u r fat, it is difficult to speed up ur metabolism back. now, u have to eat right. eat according to the food pyramid. 4 a better result, consult a dietician. good luck

i dont think theres a way to slow down your metabolism.
but you can try eating those weird energy bars from cosco. my brothers eat them because they're runners and they say its really fattening but taste good. i've always wanted to try them but i'm scared of getting fat.
i'm uber jealous that you have a fast metabolism. =[

Being active always helps. Not only does it make you hungry and make you eat more, but it also keeps you feeling good and healthy.
