I'm thinking about purchasing a IS250, but I want a manual transmition, but also want all the other features including Navigation. Does Lexus still make a 2007 IS 250 with these features?

The IS250 MT is not offered with navigation. The bluetooth should still be present even without the navigation although the phone number storage capacity is smaller.

It sounds like you are referring to a Lexus factory navigation. The expense is not worth the hassle. If you must have factory then sell your car and get one with factory navigation. Otherwise, get a good aftermarket unit like a Kenwood or Alpine and enjoy the ride.

yes, and stick with the manual tranny on the 250, 350's are auto only making it a girly car.
