What's your question I have only found one posting that you and the cop intersect. He seems hopped up on something but didn't say anything that is really bad. There are cops out there that is drunk with power. THey carry there belief they are an authoirity rather than a public servant. THey carry there belief in here. I've notice some police has been violating when ever they can when someone says something negative about the police. They would insult you eg (are you off your meds.)
Its easy to ID these power hugry cops. Post something nasty about the police to see who starts insulting you. Not all police are bad, but the one that are are more noticed and sticks in are mind. I do believe that there is an above average number of bad people who become police. THose in college who wants to be officers are those I don;t want to see. THere was only one that I thought was qualified. I just hope the screening would eliminate the rest. Bad people are attracted to these jobs, beause of the power it entails. There are though those who join to fix past injustice.

If you mean do all cops not let the stuff people say get them upset? Well then the answer is no. I find some officers get upset at dumb things, and others willlet people talk to them like they are a piece of crap without getting upset.
I personally just shrug off the comments from people I arrest like guys who beat their wives, people who are way too drunk and people who have huge criminal records.
These people are not people that I care what they think of me. Plus when people get arrested they get mad, and when people are mad they say things they don't mean. If I let this bother me I would be a big A** Hole and that is not the attitude a cop should have.
I have had people call me every thing you can imagine, and by the time we get to the jail they have apologized and calmed down completely.
So to answer your second question. I would say it's good, it works for me. I guess you would rather have the police get offended by every cross coment they recieve in a day and walk around pissed off at everyone all of the time.
I guess you must be one of the people who can't shrug off someone's comments. I am glad you are not a cop.

Slew is right, most cops are bad (or as he would say "Is bad, nice verb tensing there turbo"). He knows everything, let's bow down and worship him! I kind of like the idea of an imperfect God like Slew who can't spell, o rconjugate verbs, that way maybe you aren't held accountable for your sins.
If you think cops go off when you post negative things, do the same about liberals and watch the fireworks... Waaah!
