Ok, I just recently purchased a teeny Chihuahua and I take her EVERYWHERE!
The Movies
Malls
Wal Mart
Some Fast Food Places
But the other day I was kicked out of a mall food court for her being with me, (lol) I dont let her run around or anything I hold her most places dont mind she's tiny so most people dont really even notice her so If I buy a dog carrying case thats completely zippered & Mesh so her heads not sticking out or a doggy stroller do you think more people would allow her places?
I was at mcdonalds and they asked me to take the dog to the car and i told them i saw pix of p. hilton with tink in a mc donalds and asked why am I different? and they felt bad lol

My dog also dosent like to be put down chihuahua's are VERY clingy. I think the people who bred her werent very nice and she just wants to be close

your dog has 4 legs for a reason. let the dog use them. would you be happy riding around in a bag all day. i think it's great you're doing things with your dog, don't get me wrong. but try dog things. this is a living creature and not a fashion accessory. paris sure is no one to model yourself after.

Second you dog in the Mall and Walmart should be fine anyway. Carry her under your arm just like Paris. The movies and fast food places, food places at all is touchy. Managers and owners of these establishments have a legitimate concern about the sanitation of the dog. You may know your dog just took a bath but they don't.
One reason celebs are allow the royal treatment is they have the money in their bank account to push the issue if it comes to lawyers. If you saw Paris with Tink in McDonald's it's because she could buy the store and not just the burger. Her net worth amounts to more than the price of your soul.
On a serious note, training should be the focus and just stick to places that make since.

I was kicked out of a target because I had my 3 lb chi in an enclosed purse and they asked me to leave . So I would say please dont try target to do this . Yeah paris has enough money to get away with most things . As far as the dog walking thing though no people would step on them they are so tiny. Dont ever let them down in a crowd . good luck to you . Just be carefull with the pocket puppy . good luck. Oh and by the way dogs go every where in europe and they are very welcomed even in restaraunts . I think europe has caught up to the day and age we live in huh?

Wow, some people are really judgmental about this. I would not assume that just because you bring your Chi with you places that you are using her as a fashion accessory ala Paris Hilton. I have a Chi puppy, she is 1.8 pounds so far. I take her many places with me. I have been okay with her in many stores, and don't think too many people mind a Chi being around them while they SHOP. But I never take her to restaurants, even though I don't mind her being around while I eat I think its reasonable that other people don't want animals around their food. And I wouldn't be so quick to jump on you for having your Chi in a bag ... whether that is okay depends on how long you have her there for and why. Not many of these people would complain if you had her in a bag on a plane (as I did a few weeks ago). I am sure if you carry her in a bag you will take her out, allow her both air and exercise, and not keep her cooped up either too long or, heaven forbid, all the time. I am positive that given a choice between being home in the playpen by herself or being in a bag with me, my Chi would prefer my company. If I am allowed, I keep her on my arm. As for stores, if I attempted to go into Target with my Chi in a bag, and they asked me to leave, I would send them a letter complaining and letting them know I would no longer shop in their stores. I don't think you have the dog's best interests at heart, but are just parading her around as a fashion accessory. You're exposing her to infectious diseases, and you're affecting people who are allergic, by exposing them to her.
I don't think you would like to be shut up in a bag all day! Take her out in the sun for a good walk and let her be a dog!
