My baby girls will get in my veggie patch and pick all the ripe cherry tomatoes. Just the ripe ones. A friend of mines dog loves cauliflower cheese and steamed broccoli. Apparently dogs dont have a very well developed taste sense so they mainly go on smell and texture. My dobes love crunchy food and wont eat anything too soft ie canned food.

In nature canines are carnivores. However our domesticated four legged friends are just as happy eating fruits and veggies as well. In fact a diet of raw food such as raw meat and bones along with raw fruits and veggies is highly recommended for a dog. Process, cooked, kibble type dog food is not what there digestive system is set up for.

Check out the BARF diet.

I'd say she just loves veggies. It's not overly common but not a bad thing either. Some dogs need lots of vegetables to keep their coats nice so it could have been bred into her.

My min-pin loves baby carrots. I buy them as treats. She has the other dog eating them now. There are some veggies that aren't good for them like onions but I think she likes the natural sugar in them.

fresh veggies are good for the dog. raw veggies are best, but either way is fine. the dog likes the veggies or it would not eat them

My dogs love baby carrots but my vet warned that they have alot of sugar in them and that they can have them, but not a whole lot at one time. In regards to fruit, grapes are poisonous to dogs, so please don't feed her those.
