Their can be complications like any surgery you have done,and infirtile is one of them but not always. Just think of all the options before making a desision.

Excessive loss of blood, uterine perforation and infection, and an incomplete abortion are the most frequent complications. These complications are rare when the procedure is performed by a competent provider in an adequate facility.
Of all the sites I looked at, not one listed sterility or infertility as a complication of the surgery.

Yes they can. Read up on all abortion material, and or watch a video of it. Some abortion clinics will provide video's of the termination and it is better to be well informed of your choices, and to know the risk.

Not always, But complications can arise...or if the woman doesn't follow instructions for aftercare she can have problems that will cause infertility.

I know several women who had abortions when they were younger (teens)... who have tried over the years to have children and hasn't been able to........
so ,my guess is yes.... complications can happen

thats one of the surest way of ending up barren. abortion is probably the number one infetility maker out there.
