Yes, cookies does contains a lot of sugar in it and it get stuck in your teeth and the bateria will start making holes in your teeth .. It's alright if you eat once awhile :)

Anything containing sugar will cause damage, cavities, if you are not brushing after. That includes sodas and alcohol as well. If you enjoy cookies, then make sure you brush after.

Not unless they are really hard. You have to be sure to brush your teeth a couple of times per day, too.

COOKIES, ESPECIALLY HEAVY IN STARCH AND CARAMEL ARE GENERALLY BAD ONLY IF YOU WAIT A LONG TIME TO BRUSH AFTERWARD. TEETH HAVE SMALL CREVICES (CALLED FISSURES) WHERE THESE STICKY COOKIE INGREDIENTS TEND TO STICK TO.
THE INGREDIENTS LIKE THESE CAN EASILY CAUSE DECAY IN TEETH.
