It's a crime. You better hope you or your friend don't find anyone else in the next five years because if you do then your ride to your free citizenship comes to an end. That's if the government doesn't sniff you out first.
By the way do you know the government get's everyone's IPS addy. They have been asking all companies for it. I wouldn't trying marrying her now if I were you. Big Brother knows.

jail for the citizen, deportation for the other. i think the punishment for the citizen should be more harsh because a person who would scam their own country should have known better, the other was foolish, desperate, and had nothing to lose. one who doesn't value what they already have surely doesn't deserve to keep it at the level they were enjoying prior.

it becomes painful in later serious relationships... and i have heard horror stories of people who didn't have prenuptials have horrible law suits...
