A hickey is a bruise. Generally at first cold compresses might help the blood vessels to constrict causing less tissue damage and bruising. Afterward warm compresses may help increase blood flow to the area which may help to increase the healing. In three days, it should look fairly decent, (unless it was a monster hickey) If not, go to the drugstore and ask the makeup clerk to help you buy some concealer. Good luck.

I don't know of anything to make it disappear faster, but you can buy makeup for birthmarks & scars, it really will cover it up, (but its kinda spendy at expensive cosmetic counters) or, try covering it up with jewelry, clothes, or, maybe some white burn cream & a band-aid?! How about a temporary tatoo? Hopefully, it will be gone by then anyway!

it really depends on the hickey but i've used toothpaste on mine befor and it seems to speed things up. when i used the toothpaste it made it lighten up faster so it was easier to cover up with make up. also trying puting a cold spoon on it.
