i do drink a light coffee with milk, or cream but usually when I'm tired and still need to be 'fresh' and work actively. it's an energetic drink, u cannot drink that like tea or water - 5or more cups a day. but one each morning - surely no harm. And one more thing - coffee takes the water out of ur body, so doctors recommend ( and good places serve) a big glass of water just after u had a coffee cup.
There are even coffee schools where they teach people to make coffee cocktails, with chocolate, cream, nugatine, etc.
