My friend has all natural healthy teeth. But then when he went to see a cosmetic dentist, he recommended my friend to replace all the 10 front teeth on top with all porcelain crown.

Now, my friend really dislike the crowns. How can he get back his all natural teeth?

I don't know, he need to take that up with a specialist. but I agree that veneers are CREEPY. Much like botoxed lips. YUCK!

Unfortunately, the crowning process is irreversible, because it involves the removal of large amounts of tooth structure, which will not grow back. He could potentially have them replaced with some other sort of false teeth if he hates the crowns, but there is no way to get the original teeth back.

There is research into regrowing human tissues (which would include teeth) by using stem cells, but unfortunately this is years away from being available for medical use.

There is also a group in Canada which is trying to use ultrasound to regrow tooth tissue, but again, it is not yet available to the public. Here's an article, if it helps:

They've gone forever, I'm afraid.
The natural teeth are ground back to take the crowns. Only the rear of the natural teeth remain.

tell your friend to crack them off with a nutcracker. then when he goes to the dentist and they want to put new ones on him tell him to tell the dentist no he wants his old teeth back.
