Yes, I have. And you will have access to the same, if you are a follower of Jesus, power that is to be used for the glory of God in Christ Jesus, and not for your own glory or credit. Jesus said certain signs would follow people who believed in Him. Among those signs are: the casting out of demons, laying of hands on the sick and having the sick be healed, poisons not harming the person, and others. (read more in the gospel of Mark, in the Holy Bible) If you are claiming to be a Christian and none of these signs follow you yet, read closely what Jesus said, and pray that He will send the Holy Spirit to you so that His signs will follow you too, and others will see the signs and believe in Him because of those signs.
I have experienced miraculous healing myself, and in small part, it involved one Benny Hinn telecast which I stumbled upon. Prior to that day, I had always thought faith healers were quacks, myself. But when after 3 years of no recovery, my leg lame from a stroke began working again, I stopped calling them quacks. God is working through Benny Hinn, no matter who would try to discredit the man. No one ever contacted me about needing "proof" of the miracle. But I have perfect proof, if needed.
E-mail me if you want more details, because the story is way too long for here. Be certain to include a note that you want to know more about my experience with Benny Hinn, and I will attempt to get back to you promptly.
But suffice it to say, that I credit not Benny Hinn, but the Jesus who is sending the power of the Holy Spirit TO Benny Hinn, with my healing. Any man can be flawed. But the healing power is coming from a perfect Jesus, a perfect God, a God of great love for His creatures. There is no flaw in the healing.
In my experience of laying my own hands on people and seeing them recover miraculously... I have found that the only thing that stops a miracle is the same thing that caused Jesus not to perform miracles: unbelief. Jesus would not heal in an area where people did not believe in Him. In order to see a miracle, you must believe, or someone else must believe on your behalf, believe in Jesus.
I believe anyone who asks God in the name of Jesus Christ for healing will get it, if they only believe without doubting and ask it according to God's will. "Belief without doubting" is sometimes tested by time, but keep believing, and your miracle will come. Don't believe for 2 days and then give up. Trust Jesus, who will not fail you.
The greatest miracle of all is that God Himself loves us. He is not just some wizard behind a curtain... He is alive and active, seeking a relationship with the people He created here. Through Jesus, He "came out from behind the curtain" so that all humankind could see Him. Jesus said, "if you have seen me, you have seen the Father." Seek Him, believe in Jesus Christ, and you will get the miracle of eternal life with God, which consequently, comes with a healing that is beyond any healing we can ever know on this earth. (from the Holy Bible, John 3:16)
The first message I posted was longer, perhaps was better-thought-out, had more Biblical references, and was accidentally deleted. Woops. I hope this answer suffices.
(If anyone managed to save a copy of my first message... e-mail it to me please? Thanks.)

My studies seem to show that these 'powers' or phenomena are out there but the ability for any person to apply these is marginal at best. The Vatican has two organisations which monitor these things.
The first is the office of the exorcism chief. People who really believe they are possessed by demons and have convinced a clergyman will visit this man. Of the 800 visitors per year he judges 90% to be psychiactric cases, but importantly 10% to be genuinely possessed. 80 Catholics worldwide per year would multiply to no more than 1000 for the entire world population.
The second is the beatification council- these judge the acts of various holy people to decide if 'miracles' occurred; which is the criterea for sainthood. They use a scientific process of the highest calibre, and do not spare resources in hiring the best medical minds to judge the miracles. Of over a thousand potential miracles, no more than 20 (sometimes 0) are said to be either positively miracles or 'unexplained'.

God is by definition infinite, all powerful, and timeless, even if you don't acknowledge it or believe. But for him to be God he must be that. The universe is in the bounds of time thus has to have a beginning. the only way for their to be a beginning to of everything is for it to be created by something timeless, hence why God is a logical argument. Not the answer but an argument The second statement Who polished the rocks is someone falling for a fallacy as he assumed right off the bat the only way to act on an object already created Human intervention. finally Ample evidence that God was created by man because there is so many of them? If one hundred people tell you how to bake a cake and only one is right. that one is still right and the others are wrong.

The only thing Benny Hinn has healed is his bank account. Every sincere attempt to validate his "miracles" have ended in dismay in just the preliminary investigation..the 'exorcists" are very similar..except the Roman Catholic Vatican keeps a tight lid on investigators...
The only people performing "miracles" nowadays are false prophets...wolves in sheep's clothing... the scriptures foretold of this though.
The only "special" powers I've been given from God is the power to believe the truth...this is no small gift, one I'm truly grateful for... and the power of charity (love)... which is the greatest gift of all.
(1Co 13:8) Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
(1Co 13:9) For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
(1Co 13:10) But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
(1Co 13:11) When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
(1Co 13:12) For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.
(1Co 13:13) And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

I'm pretty good at basketball and a fine jazz trumpet player...I suppose God gave that to me (if he's real). Then again, my years of dedication to the sport and the music may have done that.
Exorcists are quacks, Benny Hinn (not sure who he is) is a quack unless he's a doctor, and anyone who claims that they have acquired "powers" is a buffoon.

I did, but I don't want to hurt anyone, so it's pretty much useless.
Just kidding, but I've had delusional dreams in which millions of ghosts were battling to possess me and I somehow lashed out and destroy them, guilty or innocent alike. I still occassionally feel scared spirits flocking to me as well as suffering spirits asking to be destroyed and malignant spirits staying their distance wishing to harm the scared ones. I fear I will destroy them all again, guilty or innocent. And it is no regular destruction, they simply cease to exist, even the memory of existance disappears(no graves, no photos, no friends and family to remember them) SPOOOKYYY!!!
