Eat. Eat till you stomach aches. Continue to eat even after you feel full.
The problem with that is when you do that, you will continue to do it, and eventually will become obese.
Also, make sure you add a thick layer of butter on your bread. if you use 1 slice of cheese in a sandwich, use 3, instead of 1 slice of meat, use 3. Just pile on the calories. It never fails.

ok what do u mean when u say u wanna gain "weight"? u mean like fat? or muscle? or both? ok well dont buy into the whole protein saga like alot of Americans do...........your body will only "use up" the protein that it needs and discard the rest.........so if you consume alot of protein (just eating a steak is enough for 1 day)...........then you wil probably have very expensive pee :).........so what u wanna do is eat more and workout moderatley and listen to your body. If your body says to eat then eat! But choose low fat and high complex carb meals. DONT WORRY ABOUT THE PROTEIN! Also creatin may "puff" you out a little more but it wont be extremely beneficial. If you workout more then eat more.........and the weight will come on you as you get older.........and remember everyone is different so dont expect things to happen to your body that might have had happened to your buddies body!

I have the same problem right now but I'm slowly gain weight from doing this. Get a good night sleep, eat breakfast, eat lunch, eat a small snack, do a 30-60 minute workout or excerise, eat dinner, wash up, then go bed two hour after dinner. It's working fer me so you should try it too.

eat and drink fattening foods and milkshakes and sodas. dont exercise, become a couch potato if you have to. the more you eat and the less you move your body the more weight you will put on. take a year off and just lay in bed and eat. you should gain alot of weight that way.

Hi, Drink Ensure along with your regular three meals a day. That is in addition to your meals, not in place of your meals. The added calories should help you gain weight.

I;M ASSUMING YOU WANT MUSCLE WEIGHT NOT FAT?
IF YOU ARE, THAN DRINK PROTEIN SHAKES, AND FOODS WITH A LOT OF PROTEIN SUCH AS STEAK. EGGS FOR BREAKFAST HELP TOO.
