It is a trial version of a new product, and the bugs/problems havent been checked out and removed/fixed/remedied/ replaced yet.
Thats what you mean by beta.

it means the software is still under construction. its just a test software. and it might contain bugs(some problems). and it will mostly be a trial or evaluation software's. k. that's all i can tel ya. Tc bye
