I doubt that you can get out of it because you are responsible to control your car regardless of ANY condition you may have (even made up ones) and if you can't they WILL take away your license.
You got caught doing something illegal and now it is time to pay for that error in judgment.
You didn't give any details on how you got this ticket. If you got caught by a radar gun you don't have much chance with this but you could go to court and tell them you don't think you were going as fast as was claimed. If you do this they would probably lower the fine.
OR
Say "Your Honor, my concern is having this on my record. I don't deny that I was speeding, although I'm not sure I was going as fast as was claimed. I want to ask if I can go to traffic school instead of being fined, be on probation for 1 year and not get any tickets during this time and then have this removed from my record."
It shows you accept the results of your own actions, concern to follow the laws and offers a different way for you to learn from your mistake. Most Judges will eat this up.

You did it so now pay the price, your just lucky you didn't kill some ones child while you were at it.I wonder if you are a fairly new driver as a well they usually think they know everything If I was the judge and you used that lame excuse I would take your licence off you because your leg will never improve will it? therefor you will always be a danger on the road and a liar.
If you can't do the time don't do the crime, a good old saying.Hey I have been known to speed at times but when you get caught you have to cop it sweet ,cause you did it,no point whinging

no. the best way to get out of a speeding ticket is to not speed... a close alternative is to have a medical emergency. immediatly after getting a speeding ticket, go directly to the ER or to an urgent care. for what doesnt matter, if you really have any sort of injury, us that, if not, just make sure your name is on the sign in sheet. get copies of this, and when you go to court your argument will be something like this:
i was driving a reasonable and prudent speed. i was on my way to the ER to be treated for (whatever). here is a copy of the sign in sheet which shows that i was there. further more i am upset that officer (whatever his name is) delayed me from recieving the treatment that i needed, and would like to make a formal complaint.
i've used this 2 times now, and it has worked both times. the judge dropped all charges because in an emergency an emergency vehicle has no restrictions on speed. an emergency vehicl is defined as any vehicle used to assist in an emergency.

No! Just say you are sorry if you have never had a speeding ticket before ask for a PJC and it will not effect your insurance and you can not get a ticket for 3 years I believe.

The best way is not to speed! Quit making excuses to lack of judgment.

You got to be kidding. You are pretty gullible, if you think this excuse is going to bode well in traffic court. You should just pay the ticket.

No. Think about it, when you go to court, you will be placed under oath. So it's not a good idea to lie. It could land you in jail.
