I have a 42" LG Plasma TV. I have only had it a year and a half and the color has gone out. Everything looks green! No reds at all. Is this a common problem, will it cost a ton to fix it?

As a sidenote, I recently got a PS3, do you think playing games on this TV caused the color problem? I haven't had any "burn in " issues, just color.

If you are using component cables for your A/V sources then check your cabling. Your issue sounds like one of the wires has either broke or one of the three cables is no longer connected.

This is not a burn in issue. Burn in is an issue where an image that has been on the screen for a very long time is visible even when that image is no longer being displayed.

Some tv's will last a certain time till some breaks. Seems yours needs adjusting. You can go to a TV repair shop in the US and go to a place where they give free estimates.

Remember the next tv, buy the extended warranty especially if it is an expensive tv.
