i know the main stuff: eat fruits and vegetables; drink ur water; sleep 8 hrs; watch ur calories; exercise. yeah, but i've tried that! i've given up fatty and oily foods, i don't drink soda, if i can help it, i exercise enough, and i eat less. (still 3 meals, just not late at night and no snacks). i haven't seen any results for 2 months! help me please! i need to lose at least 3 pounds a week for about 3-5 weeks!

your best to lose the weight slowly then faster. it will stay off for good. if you lose it too fast you will put it back on quickly.

keep doing what your doing and exercise as much as you can. you need to burn off more calories then your taking in to lose weight. watch your fat intake and just eat sensibly.

Sounds like you've hit a plateau, that's very common during weight loss. Your goal of 3lbs a week is very ambitious though, the average weight loss for a woman on an effective weight loss program is around 1lb a week. You seem to be doing the main things right though. Try the following

1. Check your portions, make sure they haven't been gradually increasing in size. They may not have but just check.

2. Drink more water, even if you drink the recommended minimum of 1.5 litres a day drink more, twice that if you can managed it. (not all in one go though,)

3. increase your exercise levels. Even a bit more activity can
help tremendously. Take a walk each evening, park your car further from your destination, take up an activity like dancing, make it something you enjoy and are going to stick with though.

4. You already eat fruit and veg which is great but make sure that at least half a kilo (that's just over 1lb) of the food you eat in any day is vegetable based. Weight the portions just to be sure.

5. don't give up, it's the only thing that will stop you getting to your goal weight.

Your lifestyle actually sounds pretty good. You might want to try doing the same things except kick it up a notch. Excercise a little harder 1 or two more times a weeks, and make sure your portions are just a little smaller. Sounds like your metabolism hit a bit of a plateau and you just need to rev it up a little more. For emergency weight loss, just do the Atkins Diet for a few weeks. (But the weight will likely come back on after.)

You only got half the story. Can you drive anywhere with half a car. You need oily foods and fats. They help you lose weight. But you must avoid fats like the plague. Avoid white people that are mass murderers bt it is good to be around white people like Jesus. All fats are not bad just like all white people are not bad.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

if you have really done all the things you mentioned, perhaps you should try to see a diet specialist...and try to do this under better and controlled circumstances..still assuming nothing medical prevents you from loosing weight it's the same old story..eat fewer calories and move more
