You should use it after because it needs to sit on your teeth for awhile after you spit it out, and if you brush you will brush it off completely. It doesn't do it's main work while you swish, it does it after. Also, if you used it before, it wouldn't come into contact with your teeth wherever you had plaque.

After because some bottles explain how the mouthwash removes the left over plaque and stuff that your toothbrush didnt get!so there isnt any use in using mouthwash and then use a toothbrush that has been used many times before so ther maybe minature particles of plaque and replacing it all in your mouth!

you should use mouthwash after you brush because its can reach the hidden place that brushing and flossing cannot reach

You are supposed to use it after brushing....So that it stays on your teeth and gums to fight plague and gum disease through out the day but, make sure to rinse your mouth with water after brushing before you use it

Its up you. It would be refreshing before brushing but probably more effective afterward.

I've actually asked this question when I saw my dentist, and he said that there is a difference in oppinion amoungst dentists on this subject. He said as long as you use it, it's going to benifit you more than not using it at all.
