He said He would give us peace. And yes, I have found it to be true. Regardless of our circumstances, we can be at peace within our own hearts, knowing that He is in control.

Of course. God always keeps His promises. You ask what He said He would give? There are too many promises to mention.

For the most part
a lot of times I ask for something
and then think "oh well, I don't really need it, what was I thinking"
then I get it and am really happy
both physical object and feelings and such
