I have a friend that is on probation (dont ask his wife got into drug trouble and took him down with her) and he has to take pee test sometimes to test clean for alcohol. Well these days they have test that can test if you have had a drink for up to 5 days. Well he has a test coming up and i told him that multivitamins help clean the system out. Does anybody know if this is true? I do know that the more yellow your pee the more diluted it is and its harder to read whats in the urine.........any info would be nice and please dont say stop drinking because obviously thats an option but trying to find a way around it.

The more yellow your pee is, the LESS diluted it is. Multivitamins put vitamins in your system, they don't clean the system out in anyway. Once the alcohol is in his system, it's in there, and will show up on a test. Urine tests can detect minute amounts of chemicals in the urine.

First the more yellow your pee is the less diluted it is so I imagine it would be easier to read. Drinking more water will dilute his urine more. Multivitamins? Well I'm no doctor but I seriously doubt it. The only thing that can clean alcohol out of your system is time. Taking something else isn't going to make it magically disappear.

Non of those remedies work. I do know what does work but I won't tell you. I think its a poor choice to help someone scam their counselor while going through a treatment program that they obviously need. Even though you have a kind heart for helping your friend you need to stay out of it, it's their business not yours and I know you don't want to be responsible for messing up his treatment. Just let them do what they are going to do. I am an alcohol and drug counselor and I can tell you this, that every single person who tries to scam their way to having clean pee ends up getting caught in the end.

You cant find a way around it with vitamins, or anything else you put in your mouth darling - and drinking a gallon of water wont do it either.
