No cure as of yet. Here is the link to the American Academy of Dermatology's information on Veiiligo. There are makeups out there to even out the discolorations on your face and neck. you should be able to find them on the web.

There are therapies for vitiligo, but they do not cure every patient's vitiligo. So is there an absolute cure for it? No. People with small patches of vitiligo sometimes get skin grafts. There is topical steroid therapy, psoralen photochemotherapy, and depigmentation (which basically quickens the spread of vitiligo so the patient has an even, albeit paler, skintone.)
