Hi - congratulations on your pregnancy :)
I had four and found that keeping up my regular exercise regime was most important while I was pregnant. If you don't already exercise, it is not recommended to go out and start doing marathons, but yoga is a very good exercise and many places offer special classes for pregnant mums-to-be. Another thing to be aware of is stretch marks so make sure you cream your belly/bum/thighs every day without fail as this gives you skin more elasticity. For losing weight after the pregnancy, breastfeeding your baby takes about 1,000 calories a day so you can keep eating regularly and healthfully and both baby and you benefit.
Also, exercise has shown to be very helpful for actually giving birth as your muscles are in better shape and better able to help the little one out into the world.
Best of luck to you and take care!
