hahah im not mormon but i live in a very mormon town...u have to b 16 to start dating....so i guess it could b sexual....but they arent suppose to do anything sexual until they're married so i doubt it

In Australia its the age of 16.

Maybe cuz 16 is concidered to be the peak of 'youngness' if we go by the conventional rules.
