Nope have to be 18 you can't sign any contracts until you are of legal age.

No. Most credit card companies require that you be 18 to open a credit card account. The reason being that at 18 you are legally obligated to the contracts and if you max out your credit card then you are liable to pay it.

If you are underage 17 you are not contractually obligated and if you max out the card you can get out of your contract and not pay the charges. Not only that but in order to get a credit card you have to have a source of income so that you can pay off charges being made to the card

No. You have to be at least 18. The law says that anyone under 18 is not responsible for their debts -- so no credit card company is going to give you are card.

Getting the card would be the easiset part , but how are you gonna manage the bills, say even if did prove to them you're 18 somehow, do u like have an inheritance that would take care of the bill, or are you planning some kinda scam?

If you cannot pay the bills when they come in, don't dabble in this. And no, you have to be at least 18.
