its 1850 calories and I workout 4 to 6 timess a week.

is your trying to put on weight and muscle then i day 2 to 3 times a say on work out days and 1 to 2 times on off days. but i remember if your not working out hard enough your gonna get fat

I would suggest you take your supplement everytime you do your sports work out.

My son takes his everytime he comes home from the gym or wrestling.
