Someone you feel comfortable kissing and someone who resoects your wishes. If you're frenching then someone who won't foce their tongue down your throat and at the same time know when you want to kiss them and how you want to kiss them.

How would I describe a good kisser? Well, 6'2, brown skin, short haircut, nice body and oh yeah... the fact that I have enjoyed his wonderful kisses for years now.

hey c'mon its not somrthing to be described,its something to be felt,deeply and passionately. there is no rules and regulations that would make it a best kiss, just do it with whom u love,with feelings,emotions,.......,it would automatically be the best kiss ever and u two would be described as best kissers.its a toooooooooo personal matter,atleast in this case dont take others opinion think from ur heart,believe ne u'll feel wat i've told

somewhat passionate (even if you dont know them that well), somewhat free, not too dry....not too much slobber! and last but not least, someone who doesnt rape your face in the process, like those people that open their mouth soooo big that you can fit in it lol and shove their tongue down your throat...literally.
