Divorced mom of 3, 2 of my kids are autistic so the state basically runs my finances...I need dental help desperatly. I am fighting an infection in my caninie tooth that almost reached my brain and they keep denying me any help. They pain is sometimes overwhelming...I just need help. Period. I have yet to meet a dentist that will say..."you know what? Your in enormous pain, and have 3 kids, 2 autistic kids....someone needs to help you." Mass dental society offers crap...minimal help that no one can afford. Any ideas?

See, I live out by Springfield, problem is my sons are disabled. If I work, they cut benefits. Masshealth keeps denying me any help. I am in constant pain. I dont want to smile anymore b/c it hurts THAT bad. I need extensive work. I had PERFECT teeth, then I had kids, then 2 yrs ago, I went in for breat surgery, ended up with a staph infection that took over my heart and 3 months of non stop vomiting in the hospital. So now, Masshealth looks at my records and says "no way." I have been there once a month and a half ago to fight one ruling, but I recieved another denial this week.
