Bring lunch. It's cheaper, healthier, and overall less stressful. Something like a sandwich. Salad. Dinner's leftovers. TV Dinner (I love Healthy Choice). It's not that hard!

When you eat out, you have to drive out, get your lunch, and try to make it back to work. Plus, getting something like a number 1 at McD's is about 1200 calories!

When you don't eat lunch, you'll end up binging later on. Plus it sucks when 3 o'clock hits and you have no energy!

You should always BRING lunch to work, it helps save you money! You can go grocery shopping every weekend & buy the foods you know you will want to bring for the week or be tempted to buy. The average person spends at least $50-$100 on buying lunch or more every week! Why do you think Rachael Ray made the show $40 a day? she is teaching people how to save money when they go out to eat, she teaches them to limit the cost. I always say to myself that spending $40 a day on eating out is CRAZY. I'd be broke! lol, seriously, rich or not, it's better to bring than to buy. You can eat out sometimes, limit yourself to eating out for lunch like ONCE A WEEK, maybe every Friday. Monday is good too, like a treat yourself day since Monday is always the most hectic day of the week! Also, DO NOT skip lunch for any reason. Consider on eating something LIGHT, because if you skip lunch, your energy level will go down & you will go home & end up binge eating a BIG dinner you will regret.

I must bring my lunch because I work at a hospital & we're not allowed to leave for lunch.
When I worked in an office years ago I enjoyed eating out as often as possible. Eating out is more of a social event and you get a chance to get away from your work environment.
No lunch is unhealthy. At the very least, I'd recommend a health shake (something like Slimfast) or protein bar.

Bringing lunch gives you the most control of your diet and your budget. Going out to eat can be expensive, but fun and tasty and less work. No lunch? This probably won't be good for your energy level in the afternoon.

Bring lunch to work because most of foodstaff sold are nit healthy foods.Chips ,fried meat,eggs ,pies.You will also be able to save cash.This meals are expensive for nothing.

bring your lunch to work. it saves you money so you won't have to buy anything and it also gives you control so you don't eat the wrong foods which will only add more fat to your body and we don't want that.

i usually buy just because i dont know what to pack unless i have leftovers,i dont like lunchmeat.
