It doesn't make any sense. What you just wrote means ,,you've, you populate are crazy". Are u sure this is right?

It doesn't make sense. Probably it's Hasst, die bevoelkerung sind verrueckt. That means Hate/ Hatred, the soceity is crazy.

"hast" can't be hate, because hate spels like this "hasst"
and you know, this really doesent make any sense
