Biotin 1000mg daily, Biotin is a vitamin that work only for hair and nails. is also vegetarian does not have shellfish or anything like that in it. I have been using Biotin for over a month and I can really see the differents in my hair and nails, even doctors recommend Biotin. You can find in any local drug store or GNC. Look it up on the web you will find a whole lot of help information on Biotin.

Try to go to a natural shop you'll find some there. Hope you have some patience because from what I have read it can take up to 2-3 months taking the pill daily before you can actually see a difference...Good luck!!!
