What changes in both air and water pressure occur on your body as you leap from a diving board?

Can you make it so a 13 year old can understand? thanks^^

None as you leap....the pressure changes once you hit the water and go under. Think of water as heavy air. That is water pressure. The air pressure from above is suddenly gone, and replaced by the pressure of water, roughly 10 times the pressure of a normal, sea level atmosphere.

I think I could really help, but the question is not grammatically correct. Is this typed exactly as the homework shows it or is the question summarized? Not trying to be rude
I really dont undestand what's being asked.
