Whole Foods, Albertsons, QFC, Trader Joes, Costco or Safeway?

It depends on what your shopping for. Trader Joe's definitely beats Whole Foods when it comes to specialty, organic and health foods. Costco has a good selection and better quality foods than any of the supermarket chains if you're into buying bulk.

Cosco is expensive, so is albertsons, trader joes and safeway. I would do the trader joes though because most of the food is organic and much healthier for you, although most safeways have an organic section now too.

I wish I could really help you on this one,but the only one I have in my area from your list is albertson's. But I have found that in comparison to the other stores in my area, albertson's is a lil more expensive.I rarely if ever shop there.Sorry that didn't answer your question did it? LOL!
