If it is navy seal training, then I would think by either the Navy or someone who is a former Seal.

Here is the only way to be sure you can take on a navy seal or anyone else.
First, make sure you're not armed with anything, from keys to whatever.
Then, move to Harlem.
Walk around hollering racial epithets on the weekends.
If you survive the year, you're good.

Move to Norfolk VA then go to the BArs closest to the base an start fights with the Navy guys every time you go. After about 30 fights you will either be the same or better.

There is a book about their exercises and training and ex-navy seal wrote the book.

Hire a SEAL instructor for thousands of dollars. Heck, he still won't teach you....

go to a military surplus store and buy the hand to hand manual, or find it online to buy.
