Sad to say, there is only 1 pathetic ice rink (Fuiji Ice Palace) in Singapore and it is at Jurong East Entertainment Centre.

I saw some rinks at different malls, maybe you should check one out near you.

I don't think so but there is one in Kuala LUmpur, Malaysia. It is in Sunway Pyramid Shopping Center.
