Look into teachings that you can find the truth of for yourself. All others are mere beliefs.Seek & you will find. You will know the truth and the truth will set you free.I learned to meditate from zen books, & still practise.The "truth" is in you, it's just been covered over with "beliefs". For real help you must do this for yourself no one can do it for you.Good luck.
