When I looked for it on Google, all that came up was complicated instructions and fake recipes, like, using a boat in a swimming pool to make it! Can anyone help me?

no i use a big cotton candy machine, i purchased it for my kids so they can use it for school bake sales and birthday parties. if i had to guess though i'd say you would need a blower unit even to try. the actual sugar isnt hard to mix but i cant see how you could make it with a boat because even the humidity in the air melts cotton candy,,, no way it can go anywhere near water. some tool supply stores rent the machines. i'd just check around.
