It depends how much you drink now and what you will replace the 'pop' with - your body is going to miss the calories and will likely crave something else high calorie instead - ie chips, chocolate. If you can deal with that then you'll lose weight...but...any weight you do lose will go straight back on again once you get back to drinking the fizzy stuff.
If you're really asking how to lose weight quickly and you're only a moderate consumer of full sugar pop (ie a can a day or so) then you are far better off by not worrying too much about the drink and instead to start by doing more exercise and making this a regular habit instead of just not drinking coke for a month.

You would lose weight. Pop is nothign but sugar and empty calories. So if each can of pop is 100 calories and you drink 3 cans a day, you would not be taking in 300 calories a day. That would be 2100 a week. To lose a pound you must work off or take off 3,500 a week. Right there would beabout 3 pounds in one month. If you threw in a little bit of excersise you would definitly lose more! Good luck!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

144 calories a pop times 30 days equals 4,320 calories. You will lose 1 1/4 lb approximately. Not bad for no work and think of how much money you'll save. .75X30=
$22.50x12= $270.00 a year. That could make a few people happy for xmas.

depends how much you drink now, and what you are going to replace it with. i'd guess at least a pound or two if you drink quite a bit. think of it this way. a pound is 3500 calories. each can of pop has between 150 and 250 calories. go from there.

None.
If you're trying to lose weight you're going to have to take a different approach. It's not as simple as cutting something out of your diet. You'll crave sugars and probably get them elsewhere by eating cookies or something.

depends on whta you replace it with, if you switch to water i hear you can lose 15 Ibs in a year. It also depends on what you eat if you drink waterbut eat a lot of unhealthy items it won't make a difference.
