You should probably ask your doctor. There are many different reasons for why this could be happening. If you aren't sure about asking a doctor, then try the following, and if they don't work then you should consult your doctor.

1. Multivitamins
2. Biotin (vitamin)
3. Vitamin E is good for your quality of hair.
4. Garnier Long and Strong
5. Do not use heat tools on your hair! Limit the use of curling iron's, straighteners and a blow dryer. For a blow dryer, use a cold setting!
6. To give your hair some more body, try putting your head down and blow drying the back/bottom layer of your hair. When you lift your head up, you should get some more body.

You could have alopecia/alopesia (not sure about the spelling) which can be cured with a cortisone shot. But only a doctor can say for sure. Hope everything works out!

Heredity plays a big part in what kind of hair we have. Unless you are unhealthy I'm guessing you just simply have finer hair than most. Fine hair tends to be limp. If you are losing a lot of hair...there could be multiple reasons why....i.e. stress, hormones, vitamin deficiency, diet, weight loss, or thyroid. We all go through stages of dormancy in hair growth and shedding. A healthy body promotes healthy hair. Products are only superficial fixes. If you are overly concerned with your hair loss or it has been going on for an extended period of time...see your physician.
