I am Catholic, so Catholic results would be good, but at this point, I'm okay with any kind of answer.

I've often wondered this: If God is perfect, and omniscient, then why did he allow Eve to be tempted by the serpent and cause everything to be all screwed up from that moment on. I mean, God created this perfect place called Eden where Adam and Eve were going in perfect harmony and bliss(which one would assume God wanted for them), and then this serpent surprised God by showing up and tempting Eve and making her screw up God's plan? This never made sense to me. Didn't God know that the serpent was going to tempt Eve? Didn't he know that she would yield to the temptation? What was it about the way everything got all screwed up that surprised God?

The global proof of the flood is twisted to deceive men by believing an ice age did it. One of the greatest hoaxes...
When lakes dry up, you can see the same formations on the Earth as the formations they say that the ice did it instead.
Prof, if you think it was a brutal act of vengeance, than tell us what your views are of the war in Iraq & on terror?
God's omnipotence is not flawed. He gave man free will knowing some would follow Him thus fullfilling Him making a people for Himself. Back in the day before the Great Flood, Noah came from a long line of ancestors. You wouldn't of had righteous Noah hadn't God allowed the others before him. And there were others before Noah that followed Him & there have been after & will be more.
And man sinned because of Satan, in the form of a serpent, he deceived Eve. Satan is still deceiving people to this day. The serpent, Satan, did not show up from nowhere. He was the top Angel that conviced a third of the Heavenly Hosts to rise up against God. This angel, Lucifer, was cast down (along with the other angels) to Earth. Those angels then waged war against the humans that God created (to test their hearts & minds to make a people for Himself) to replace the fallen angels. It is very wise. As what was allowed to happen before will not happen again because those who will reign in Heaven have been tested through that they love the Lord their God with all their hearts and souls.

Genesis 6:5-7 "The Lord saw how great man's wickedness had become, and that every inclinations of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. The Lord was grieved that he had made man on earth, and his heart was filled with pain. So the Lord said 'I will wipe mankind from the face of the earth--men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and birds of the air--for I am grieved that I have made them'."

God is perfect, but man is not. When God created Adam and Eve, they sinned, and the world became full of sin. Sinfulness is the opposite of being perfect, so God had to destroy it.

Because in that time in history, fallen angels had set out to completely dominate mankind's existence. Their were hybrid called Nephlims, running wild; along with whatever else these wicked beings could create to bring more chaos and destruction upon the face of the Earth. You see, if all humans were tainted by fallen angel dna.. then the "promised seed" of Genesis couldn't take place. Thus, both lust and rebellion of God's will; were 2 major factors in God taking direct steps to stop Satan's plan to end what was intended for Earth to begin with.

Because man became so sinful that God repented of ever creating us. Out of all the people in the world, Noah and his family were the only ones who followed God. So He saved Noah and his family and gave mankind another chance. We are very close to the end now, because the world is so full of sin again. And God IS perfect!!!!!

God doesn't kill. God just take back people to his side. The pain is only for the ones left on earth but the ones who died probably happy (if they're good people).

Because The Flood is a scare story that we teach our children. It looks cute to see pictures of lions and giraffes climbing up the ramp to the ark.

Actually sin destroyed the firmament and flooded the earth so man was the creator of his own demise. God could only find one righteous man left on the earth and spared him.
