A hot roller set.

Except, spray every individual roller with VOLUMISING HAIRSPRAY. As you roll them up.

Leave for like 20 mins. Then you can take it out and comb it up.

Combing up consists of teasing the roots, and smoothing the ends.

Peice the curls out with shine serum and TA DA! You've got hollywood glamour.

You can either use hot rollers or they have velcro rollers w/ metal in the center and to use those you blow dry hair till it is partially dry (mainly at the roots) then take each 2" section of hair wrap around roller (rolling towards the back of head, place a sheer scarf over the rollers when done and blow dry for 5 or 10 minutes LET THE HAIR COOL BRFORE taking the rollers out , spray with volume spray after rollers are out bend over with hair in front of you shake head and fluff hair with fingers (roots mostly) fling your head up and might have to use a curling iron to do a few ringlets around face and you should be good to go! This works for my hair, which is shoulder lengnth and very straight, so I can't offer no guaratee for your type of hair- but I hope it works if you try it!

Either wet set your hair with a setting lotion and pin curl it or roll it up with small snap on magnetic rollers.

I would do pin curls with setting lotion and comb it out after it dries. Check out this site. This is what they used to do back in the day to get that look. http://www.hairboutique.com/tips/tip180025.htm
