We live in 2 diffrent states, almost 1000 miles apart and she's coming here for 1 day for my B-day. It's also going to be our 1 year anniversary. Any ideas for what we could do to celebrate?

If you live near a city - take her to a dinner at the top of one of the tall buildings. Get dressed nicely. Go the whole 9 yards.
