More than likely your sugar is low and you need to eat something.I get dizzy when i need to eat and especially after i smoke.

the marijuana u smoke was probably laced with extacy, or something, because that has never happened to me and i smoke blueberry hydroponic

marijuana lowers blood pressure. if someone's blood pressure is already low from something else ie: blood pressure medicine, dehydration, infection...the list goes on, smoking pot in addition to this could lower it enough to cause a syncopal episode.
