You sure can! Although, I would glue a piece of cardboard to the back, and write on that, to make the photo stronger.

As long as the photo is within the post office dimensions for a post card. The information is on the USPS web site, but I wasn't able to find it in a quick browse - basically a post card has to be about 4x6.
What I would recommend though is rather than send the actual photo I would go down to Kinko's or other similar store and ask to have a color laser copy done onto card stock or other similar paper. An actual photo is likely to get very scratched up going through the mail system.

to intensify the anticipation and excitement perchance? Or, to provide non everlasting envelope stuffing jobs in help of the Census thereby lessening unemployment numbers by technique of a smidgen with the intention to provide our administration a minor lessening of unemployment numbers. There are some fantastic prices linked with the 2010 Census - the biggest in our usa's heritage, the most compelling volume being the $14.5 billion cost ticket. See connected link for an thrilling examine of information. This intense priced Census will produce effects which do no longer competently represent the nationwide truth and it will be that what our forefathers looked as if it will be an basic counting has now became right into a behemoth dollar guzzling monster that ought to be streamlined and made a lot extra inexpensive. i will not see the point in spending all that money to count number those who've lost their homes, do not have jobs and want to be reminded of the strong lives they once had.

If the back is blank yes.Just put his address on it and a stamp. My only concern would be how heavy of paper it is made of and could it stand going through the mailing machine.I was a former letter carrier and we had some very unusual items come through the mail such as coconuts with postage on them. One person actually wrote and put postage on a pop tart.Frisbees with postage on them and playground balls with a stamp and address.
