lives in one of the units & at time he can be a real a s s hole. He has no life & tries to get into everyones business. He told me before I moved in that know one can have 2 cars on the complex. So I just park my second car at my job. Well, now he is having problems with his car and wants to use my 2nd car and told me that I can keep it on the complex just as long as HE IS USING IT. I am trying to decide whether or not I should let him use my 2nd car. At times he can be a real a s s h o le and I think he just made up that whole 2nd car rule. What would you do if you were in my shoes. (I know that this is not the category to ask this question, but I will get the most responces here)

ask for decrease in rent or make him give you money when he uses your car. it be your car and you let who you want to drive. landlord has no say. if he evicts you, then you have right to sue him for wrongful eviction.

that's really weird.
I wouldn't let him use it. It's not his car! What if he wrecks it?
I would start looking for a new apartment.

Tell him no and if he continues to bug you that is harassment and you can have him arrested so just keep telling him NO
