Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Well first of all relax because you don't have that much to lose.
Have you tried eating 1200-1400 calories a day? (I mean you literally have to write down EVERY THING you eat and keep track of your calories).
If you have done the above for a month or more with no results then you should see ur Dr. because you may have a a thyroid problem that is preventing you from losing weight.

What is the exercise you are doing?. If you do simple walking, it won't help. Do exercises like skipping, running, jumping along with diet control. note the pills won't help either. You have to reduce your weight naturally. Eat a lot of greens, vegetables, fruits and salads. Less fa(s)t food, meats, milk products etc.,
