I've read them all. Why People Believe Weird Things is my favorite. I think it's the most approachable of his books, and I loan it to a lot of people. It's not so heavy on the Why aspect; more on the What. But it's a good summary of recent ideas.

Michael Shermer is full of himself.

He is also right about many things most people try very hard to ignore. Go figure.
