I tried this diet idea that worked great! pick healthier foods, make your plate of what you want to eat, then put a quarter of that back. this way for every four meals you eat you've actually ate only 3. This combine with exercise, healthy food and the right attitude will work for anyone. grab a buddy for work out time it helps when you feel like it isn't working! If you drink pop replace it with water! I saw this article were cutting out pop helped this guy to loose 5 pounds in less than 10days! Good Luck!!Hope you look awesome when your done!

Only drink water and green tea as a beverage. Stay away from cokes, beer, etc. Cut out some of your carbs. Not all of them because it will make you sick if you do. Walk. Either in your house or outside. Be sure to eat your 3 meals a day or you are likely to gain it back.

Well you don't need to hear it, but I wouldn't do it... you'll be sickly and anorexic.. and I'm sure its to try to impress someone..
The most you should lose is..maybe 15-20...
But... my friend, who was anorexic, ate nothing but popsicles.. You'll be real hungry for quite a while, but it worked.
Sugar free popsicles. You can eat quite a few a day.
And exercise every day, for 30 minutes to an hour.

You need to eat very, very healthy. Mainly LOTS AND LOTS of fresh fruits and veggies, keep it low on carbs and meat and fat, drink tons of water and do NOT drink anything other than water. Also, walk 30 minutes a day every day, or jog if you can.

you need to excercise daily, walking at least 30-45 minutes a day helps, but as for food, no sodas, not even diet, cut back your bread intake, drink at least 2 glasses of 1% milk a day and 8 glasses of water throughout the day.Don't eat fried foods, eat smaller portions and excercise, excercise, excercise!!!
Lose weight the right way to keep it off.

take some fiber vit .go to gym and walk a lot for some reason like going to mini market,///.take amoderate fruit.drinks alot of water.
